What is the difference between Storefront and commercial window cleaning?
One of the factors that’s sets these two apart, because they are different, is the pricing. The reason being is that commercial window cleaning is often a full building, whether it’s a single story, two story and above building or multiple buildings in the same complex, typically these are managed by a company that takes care of the maintenance.
Depending on who you talk to sometimes window cleaning is part of the maintenance and sometimes it’s not, however if it is considered maintenance it’s usually done once or maybe twice a year. Here in Southern California it is fairly windy year round not to mention all of the bugs and dust that fall from the palm trees and because of this tenants would like their windows cleaned with a little more regularity, that’s where we come in we can take care and manage the work load on a commercial facility or we can manage individual stores which is what we call storefronts.
The pricing can and will vary depending on a variety of different factors and the services that you would like performed which tends to be the case for many of our corporate clients that we work with.
Another key difference is the regularity as we eluded to above, while commercial cleaning is maybe twice a year our storefronts can be anything from weekly, to semi-monthly, monthly and even quarterly this can be determined by how often your windows get dirty for example, if you have a restaurant with much more traffic, it would be a good idea to have your windows cleaned more frequently, if you have a gym, that may not get dirty as often as a restaurant might, however, if we set up a schedule for semi-monthly that does not mean that we can never change the regularity and schedule of your cleaning, but it would be helpful if we kept on the same day for our cleaning and in some cases even at the same time.
One last difference to note, is that a schedule that is created and/or adjusted would also dictate the price per cleaning.
