- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to give our customers a little added bonus for choosing us and allowing us to provide simultaneous services at a discounted rate because let’s face it you make our day easier so why shouldn’t we likewise do the same?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is pretty straight forward, we like to walk a project first so we can you give the most accurate estimate, because who really likes hidden costs?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Owner/Operator Steven has a background in computer technologies and we like to make the experience for our clients as easy and streamlined as possible with our invoices and estimates.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got started cleaning windows about 11 years ago with 2 veteran window cleaners, both had 30 years of experience under their belt each and they took me under their wing and brought me up right with the best and most efficient practices, I fell in love with this trade and stuck with it, I’ve been doing business for myself since 2009.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve had the opportunity to meet with many people from all different backgrounds and walks of life and they all have been an absolutely delight to work with, from corporate CEO and Executives, property managers, self made men and woman, to small businesses like ourself.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The best part of any job is not just doing what we love but getting to know people we are working for. Not everyone has the same needs so each job varies but we really love getting to know the people in our community.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
What we would recommend is always be specific in what you are looking for and what you would like cleaned: hard water stains, oil on driveways etc. the reason for this is because most service providers charge an additional price for some extra elbow grease; if we are just cleaning windows, removing hard water deposits are not included in the pricing unless it was otherwise discussed. The more questions that are asked the easier the project will become for us and our client.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Price is a standout, not all companies charge the same rate so always be aware and ask if the company is insured to protect yourself and your family and this reflects in the project price.
