This is a question we get asked quite often and the window cleaning service that we provide is actually very standard, however it can change depending on a variety of factors and it is based on your preferences.
- Which windows do I want cleaned?
Pretty simple question, right? Not every would like the interior of their windows cleaned and that being said we wouldn’t do any interior work. For example, we would not clean the interior tracks of the windows because we would have to come inside and open the window etc. To elaborate a little further our “Exterior Window Cleaning” is just the exterior cleaning of your windows in addition to the screen; we will clean the exterior track that the window screen sits in however that is very basic.
We would like to mention though, that in some of the exterior window cleaning projects, we would need to come inside and remove the screen from inside; most modern windows do not require the screen to be removed from inside, but this is an important side note to consider.
- Would You Like All Windows Cleaned In and Out?
If so, that is, what we refer to as out “Full Window Cleaning Service”. This service is a cleaning of windows in and out we will wipe down the ledges, sills and clean the screens as well. This is our most popular option that we offer especially in the cooler months when everyone likes to leave their windows open and feel that nice cool breeze. <p></p> - Interior Window Cleaning
Our last option, and in some situations, this may apply however we do offer interior window cleaning only. It’s not very common for anyone to just have the interior windows only cleaned, but this could apply to a commercial office building, a warehouse with internal windows etc. but it can be a nice option to take advantage of just in case you’d like to impress that showing for an office space or if a property manager already cleans the outside of the windows pretty regularly.
Hard Water Spots and Paint Overspray
Two final takeaways is, when Bright White Window Service LLC provides a quote, our final price does not include the removal of any hard water spots or paint over spray. The simplest answer is becuase not everyone is always concerned about these areas, however we will certainly bring them to your attention and discuss any additional options that may be of interest to you.
Broken Windows or Screens
Prior to any work being performed we will always make sure to let you know about any damage to your screens, windows etc. so that we know how and when to proceed with any work. If you decide to move forward with your project, we’d be happy to help but rather than complicate a compromised area of your home we will let you know and we will more often than not, skip cleaning a screen or window. To reiterate we will certainly make sure you know ahead of time.
